Who's there?
35.
35 who?
35g of extra carbs we needed to keep Elise's BG up through the night and she STILL hovered in the 60s.
Oh man, I am so tired I think I might vomit.
Actually, I woke up with a sore throat and feeling nauseous, so there's a very good chance I could vomit.
I just don't know what to do anymore.
Awww hugs and prayers headed your way and wow that is really low . I feel for you and I wish I had some answers for you . also dont be like me wait to go to the dr get yourself and elise there , it could develop into something nasty really quick dear im worried about you and elise .
ReplyDeleteset your alarm and take a nap with her today mom... maybe it will make you feel better :)
ReplyDeleteA nap sounds like a great idea! I was up 1/2 the night last night too.
ReplyDeleteAnd, we had the opposite problem with Zane's BG two nights ago. He was HIGH all night from underbolusing pizza. :( We were up all night trying to get him down!
Try to get some rest today!
Oh...I've had nights like that with Jada!! Get some rest...sleep with her. Sleep deprivation always makes everything worse!!! So sorry...hope you guys can get things figured out soon!
ReplyDeleteHold on, Joanne. Just keep holding on. Rest when you can- erreands and Christmas be damned. Sending you big prayers and big hugs! I wish we were closer- we'd love to watch her so you could sleep a little.
ReplyDeleteI think you need to have a serious talk with Elise's pancreas. If she is sputtering, it may be bacause she thinks she is helping.
ReplyDeleteCalmly explain to her that you don't need her anymore. Tell her that you and Fred have Elise covered, and if that doesn't work...
POW!!!!!!!!!! Right in the kisser!
(Figuratively....of course.)
I'm sorry...diabetes never makes sense. :(
